Notice and TOU

Most of my tutorials are written using PTU art and scrapkits! That however should not stop you from trying them. I understand not everyone can buy scrapkits and/or art but there are tons of FTU artist and freebie scrapkits that you can use. I only write tutorials as a guide. What YOU do with them is up to your imagination
**
All Tutorials have been written in PSP 8. They are just a guideline on how to make a tag look a certain way and do not have to be followed word for word!
**
If you are a group manager please feel free to link to my tutorials but if you don't mind could you leave me a link to your group in my chatbox or you can email me

I love to see what people make using my tuts
Thank you.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knownledge of PSP. This tutorial was written in PSP8 but can be done in other versions

Template #264
*Template by Divine Intentionz. You can download this from her blog. Please leave love if you download this wonderful template*

Lets Get Started:
1). Open all supplies in PSP
Delete the copyright and background layers off the template

Delete your original layer
*Do this for the Circle 2 layer as well as the Rectangle 1 layer using different papers*

4). Now is the time to add any elements you want
I chose to add some sparkles to the middle circle layer (Thanks Missy at Divine Intentionz for the sparkles! You can download them from her blog)
To keep the sparkles just inside the circle:

On the duplicate layer add a Gaussian Blur of 5.00
Change the blend mode of the blurred layer to Soft Light

6). Add all copyright information and any license information needed

7). Add your name in font of choice
Give it a drop shadow
