Notice and TOU

Most of my tutorials are written using PTU art and scrapkits! That however should not stop you from trying them. I understand not everyone can buy scrapkits and/or art but there are tons of FTU artist and freebie scrapkits that you can use. I only write tutorials as a guide. What YOU do with them is up to your imagination
All Tutorials have been written in PSP 8. They are just a guideline on how to make a tag look a certain way and do not have to be followed word for word!

Butterfly Dreams

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written using PSP 8 but can be done in other versions

Tube and Image of Choice
*I am using the gorgeous work of Dark Yarrow. You must have a license to use the same image and tube. You can purchase her art through Dreamscape Imaging*

Mask of Choice
*I am using a sparkle mask from Witchysheart made for the Creative Misfit forum. You can download this mask from the Creative Misfits Creations blog*

Lets Get Started:
1). Open all supplies in PSP
Open a 650*500 blank canvas

2). Copy and paste your paper of choice as a new layer
New Mask Layer
From Image
Source Luminence checked
Invert mask data unchecked
Press Ok
Right click on the mask layer
Ungroup layers

3). Duplicate your mask layer
Move the duplicate down and to the right slightly

4). Using your present shape tool draw a large circle
(use my tag as a guide)
Select All
Selections ~ Modify ~ Contract by 20
Add a new Raster Layer
Copy and paste your paper of choice into selections
Do Not Deselect
*This is where I added an image*
Copy and Paste your image as a new layer
Select None
*Change the blend mode to something that suits your image and the paper you chose*

5). Make your circle layer active
Select All
Copy and paste your paper of choice into the selection
Select None

6). Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
*I duplicated the tube, did a gaussian blur on it and changed the blend mode*

7). Add the elements you would like on the tag...Make it your own!

8). Resize if you feel necessary

9). Add all copyright information and any applicable license number

10). Add your name
Save in your desired format
