Notice and TOU

Most of my tutorials are written using PTU art and scrapkits! That however should not stop you from trying them. I understand not everyone can buy scrapkits and/or art but there are tons of FTU artist and freebie scrapkits that you can use. I only write tutorials as a guide. What YOU do with them is up to your imagination
**
All Tutorials have been written in PSP 8. They are just a guideline on how to make a tag look a certain way and do not have to be followed word for word!
**
If you are a group manager please feel free to link to my tutorials but if you don't mind could you leave me a link to your group in my chatbox or you can email me

I love to see what people make using my tuts
Thank you.

Hope

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP

It was written in PSP 8 but can be done in other versions

Supplies:
Tube of Choice
*I am using the GORGEOUS work of Renata Cavanaugh. You MUST have a license to use this work. You can find all her tubes at Dreamscape Imaging*

Angel of Hope PTU Scrap Kit
*This is a fantastic kit by Pink Princess Scraps. You can find all of her gorgeous kits at Digital Chaos*

EI_Template58_pooker

*This is a great template by Pooker. You can find this on her Elegant Inspirations blog. Please leave some love if you download her templates :)*

Lets Get Started:
1). Open all your supplies in PSP or you program of choice
Resize the template if you feel necessary

2). Make the Black Circle 1 layer active
Select All

Float

Defloat
Selections
Modify

Smooth

10 in both boxes
Copy and Paste your paper into selection
Select None
*Do this with all of the shapes on the template changing your papers as you see fit. I simply added noise to a couple of the shapes instead of papers and I used my tube to fill 2 of the shapes*

3). Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Duplicate
Blur

Gaussian Blur by 5

Change the blend mode to Multiply

*use whatever works best for your tube*

Lower the Opacity to about 75

*again use your best judgement for your tube*
Right click on your duplicate tube in your layer palette and Merge Down so that you merge the blurred layer to the original layer

4). Now is the time to make the tag your own
Add any elements you want

5). Resize however you feel necessary

6). Add all copyright information and any any license information needed

7). Add your name
Save in your desired format

All Done

Any resemblance to any other tutorial is unintentional
