Supplies:
Tube of Choice
*I am using the gorgeous artwork of Steve Baier. You must have a license to use his artwork! You can purchase one from

Gothic Love Scrapkit by Scraps By Rags
*You can purhase this kit at

Template By Me
Font Of Choice
*I am using SloopScript*

Lets Get Started:
1). Open Template and Tube
Resize Tube
2). Open paper of choice
* I am using paper 24*
3). On the template make the background layer active
Select All
Float
Defloat
Copy and Paste the paper as a new layer
Selections ~ Invert
Delete
Select None
Delete the layer named Background
4). Make your frame layer active
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer
Duplicate your frame layer
Move the duplicate frame layer above your tube
*see screen shot below*
Using your eraser, remove the parts of your duplicate frame that cover the parts of your tube that you want to be coming out of the frame
*See finished tag for reference*
5). Erase any parts of your tube hanging out of the frame on the right side
6). Add any embellishments you want
Drop shadow your tube and embellishments
7). Add your name
*I used Eye Candy Gradient Glow on mine*
8). Save in your desired format

Mesmerize

This tutorial was written in PSP8 but can be done in other versions
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP
Supplies
Image/Tube of Choice
*I am using the STUNNING artwork of Jennifer Janesko. You MUST have a licene to use the same art*
Mask #53 and Ribboned Frame by Chelle

PlugIn
Xero: Porcelin
Font of Choice
*I am using PassionsConflictROB which is a PTU font*
Lets Get Started:
1). Open All Supplies
On your Ribboned Frame delete the background and copyright layers
*I greyscaled my images. Go to Adjust ~ Hue and Saturation ~ Colorize and set both to Zero*
2). On your Ribboned Frame
Select 1 frame with your magic wand
Selections ~ Modify ~ Expand by 10
Copy and paste your image as a new layer
Selections ~ Invert
Delete
Selections ~ Select None
*Repeat these steps for the other side of your frame. Make sure you click the area below the ribbon*
3). Close the frame layer
Merge the Images together
Make the frame layer visible again
4). On your image layer:
Xero: Porcelain
Softness: 50
Strength: 128
Brightness: 128
Red Channel: 0
Green Channel: 0
Blue Channel: 0
Press Ok
5). Make your frame layer active
Using your Freehand Selection Tool
Set to Point to Point
Select just the ribbon on your frame
Adjust ~ Hue and Saturation ~ Colorize
*I set mine to Hue: 169 and Saturation: 141*
6). Add a new layer
Drag it below your frame and image
Flood fill your layer with the color #404040
Layers ~ New Mask Layer ~ From Image
Find your WSL_Mask53
*Source Luminance selected, Invert Mask Data not selected*
Right click on the mask layer in your layer palette
Merge ~ Merge Group
7). Add all copyright and/or license info
8). Add your name
9). Save in your desired format

All Done!

New Tut ~Angelic~

Image of Choice

Land Of Make Believe kit by Kirsty
*This is a PTU kit that you can purchase HERE. Kirsty thank you for this gorgeous kit*

Font of Choice
*I am using AmbianceBT*

Lets Get Started:
1). Open your image of choice
Resize if necessary
2). Open KISM-LOMB-BUBBLE-2
3). Image
Canvas Size
600*600
4). Using your Freehand Selection tool set to Point To Point make an outline around the edge of the bubble
*see screenshot below for example*
5). Selections
Modify
Expand by 5
6). Copy and Paste your image as a new layer
Position
Selections~Invert
Delete
Select None
Move your image below your bubble layer
* If the image is slightly outside the bubble follow the instructions below*
~Make your image layer active~
~Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat~
~Modify-Contract by 5~
~Press delete~
~Select None~
This should fix the problem
7). Add a slight drop shadow
*I used 0,0,40,4.00 color black*
8). Open KISM-LOMB-DOODLE-1
Resize and colorize to suit your tag
*Look at my tag for placement*
Add the same dropshadow as in step #7
9). Add all appropriate copyright information and any license numbers if applicable
10). Add your name and any drop shadow or gradient glow you want to
11). Save as a .png or your preferred format and you are all done!
